The farm-house has a total extension of 240 sq.m., and it is the ideal place for a stay of 10-11 persons. It is built on 2 floors. It is possible to rent either the whole house, or just one part of it.

Ground floor:

S.Francesco 4 beds+1. There is a wide living room with fireplace, sofa-bed and table for 12 persons; kitchen with fireplace/barbecue and table for 8 persons; 1 bedroom with french bed, 1 doubleroom; 1 bathroom with shower; laundry.

On the first floor:

Santa Chiara (6 beds), it has an independent entrance from outside. There is a small living room, kitchen, 2 doublerooms, one room with two beds, 1 bathroom with bath-tub.

Pleasant and comfortable furniture. Central heating. Cot for children available. Satellite Tv, videorecorder, dvd player.
