The price includes Electricity, water, gas, bed linen and towels for 1 week, final cleaning.

The price doesn't include Heating, extra bed (€ 45/week), cot (€ 20/week), extra towel and bed linen change, extra cleaning. Booking To consider the reservation valid, a 40% down payment of the total booking amount is required, to be paid through bank transfer or through the sending of the credit card information.

 Deposit At the moment of arrival, the holidaymaker has to deposit € 150 for every apartment and for every week of stay.
