The Residence belongs to a rich lemon cultivator of Amalfi coast born in 1837.

Lemon cultivation was the most important production of the region. That is why he improved this activity and became the first exportator in Italy.

This mansion was ended in the fisrt half of XIX century. It boasts a splendid hall and nine bedrooms.

All rooms have been frescoed by the famous Castaioli school who created unique decorative elements.

In "Muse" rooms wonderful angel-women will welcome you.

In "Turca" room you will see elegant odalisques dancing and arabian figures.

All pieces of furniture has been commissioned by Raffaele Conforti at the beginning of XIX century. There is a rich collection of letters between Conforti and the popular cabinet-maker Siano about the furnishing of each room. Even though the mansion has been restored, it is still possible to enjoy today the original elegance of those ancient pieces of furniture.
