The price includes a full weekly linen and towel set including sea towels. Services included in the price: Welcome in the cottage from 12 to 8 P.M. The Pool: From 1 st April to the 30th October 2006 the pool is open to guests from 8 A.M. to 8 P.M. (animals or food are not allowed in the pool) A single reserved parking place in the shade: one car per cottage A full set of household linen (sheets, bedspreads, and bathroom towels) Sea towels (new from April 2008) Standard water and electricity consumption Satellitar TV available in each cottage (new from November 2008) Use of the farm bycicles A baby cot can be made available on request Informations regarding reccomended local restaurants, beaches, facilities,  Air conditioning, Final cleaning of the cottage.

 Extra services: A supplementary amount for a daily cleaning service (to be agreed when booking) € 25,00 per day (€ 35,00 for Polyphemus). Organized outings, excursions and visits to local vineyards: to be agreed on well in advance. Meal delivery service: (starter, main dish, dessert and wine), to be booked at least 24 hours beforehand from Euros 35,00 per person (only for groups renting the whole structure). Local products can be purchased on the spot. Only small household pets are allowed in the cottages subject to previous agreement, Euros 100,00 per week.
