30% payment upon booking, the rest 30 days before arrival.
The price includes:
Water, light, satellite TV, change of bed linen and cleaning.
The price does not include heating.
Only small pets allowed.
When the keys are handed over you will be requested to pay a caution deposit of € 300,00 which you will get back on departure except in the case of damage to the property.
