The country villa is situated in a very quiet location, in the country of Tordandrea di Assisi, 3 miles far away from the historic centre of Assisi: from the villa you can enjoy a great view of Assisi. The villa has been carefully furnished according to the Umbrian country style and has a large outdoor space with a lovely porch, big garden, swimming-pool and shower, barbeque, games for children, table, chairs and sun chairs.

The villa is made up of 3 independent apartments (2 of them can communicate from the inside) and can accommodate up to 12 people. During the summer, if you do not want to share the garden, the outdoor space and the swimming-pool with other guests, we advise to rent the whole property.

The very close Agriturismo Lo Sperone organizes horse riding tours for our guests and proposes typical Umbrian meals at the special rate of 20 euros per person. Our guests also have a free shuttle service to and from our Beauty Centre Villa Salus at their disposal: there they can heal their body and mind thanks to personalized wellness treatments. On request, it is possible to book massages at the villa. The country villa is ideal for families or couples/groups of friends.

The location is great if you wish to visit all the nearby Umbrian villages and towns. The centre of Tordandrea with some shops, grocery store, bar and laundry is just 300 m. far away.

At the villa you can relax, enjoy the green and the silence but you can also organize walking tours, horse riding or bike tours.
