This is an old medieval building beautifully restored in the historic centre of Assisi. The Residenza dates back to the 14th century and it was a seat of some important religious Brotherhoods until the end of the 19th century: the last Confraternity who lived here had the name of "Confraternity of San Crispino".

The Residence is made up of one double room and 6 suites/deluxe apartments with old style furniture, carpets and curtains: you can admire beautiful paintings, original vaults and stunning views from every window, terrace or garden. At the same time, each apartment has a Sat TV, telephone, safe, hairdryer, a kitchenette and independent heating.

Our penthouse “Brother Sun” also has a beautiful working fireplace and air conditioning.

On request, our guests can even experience a massage in their room or try other beauty treatments in our Beauty Centre Villa Salus (free shuttle van at their disposal).
