Located only a few steps from Saint Marks Square and Rialtro Bridge, in the historical centre of Venice but distant from the crowds and confusion, and easily reachable by public transport.
There are different ways to reach  Palace Hotel from Venice "Marco Polo" Airport and the easiest is by private water taxi (along Rio di Santa Maria Formosa) arriving directly at the Hotel.

Alternatively guests may take the "Alilaguna" boat (orange line) to Rialto Bridge and then carry on by foot.
Arriving at Rialto, go to Campo San Bortolo. From here cross Calle della Bissa, on your left and continue straight to Salizada San Lio, after about 100 mts turn left into Calle del Mondo Nuovo.

Cross the bridge and you will find Campo Santa Maria Formosa, here you will find  Palace Hotel in front of you.
Otherwise take the Blue line boat to San Zaccaria (takes about 1 hour) and then 15 minutes walk to Hotel, the directions are as follows. From the San Zaccaria boat stop cross Calle delle Rasse that is on your left at the side of Hotel Danieli. When you arrive at Salizada di San Provolo, turn left into Campo S.S. Filippo e Giacomo. 

Carry on to Calle di Rio della Chiesa on the right and after going over the bridge, go to Calle Castagna, after a few steps you will find Ruga Giuffa: immediately turn left, cross the bridge and you will find Campo Santa Maria Formosa, here you will find  Palace Hotel in front of you.Airport transfers may be arranged and, in this case, after having reclaimed your baggage you can meet up with one of our representatives who will take you to a waiting taxi (for the trip to Piazzale Roma where a water taxi will be waiting for you for the connection to the Hotel.
