In this floor there are also 3 bedrooms: the double bedroom has its own private bathroom with bathtub, direct approach to the garden/patio;
2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, direct approach to the garden/patio and private bathroom with shower; on this floor there’s also a guest restroom.

The lower floor is comprehensive of 5 bedrooms ( 3 double bedrooms and 2 bed rooms with 2 single beds) each one with its own bathroom ( 3 bathrooms with bathtub and 2 bathrooms with shower).

The Villa has all kinds of facilities: the kitchen is equipped with professional stoves, one traditional oven and one microwaves oven, dish-washer, refrigerator. The laundry is equipped with washing-machine, iron and ironing-board.
Linen for house and  swimming pool are included. TV, telephone, internet, BBQ.
