Situated on the top of a splendid hill, and surrounded by a forest of 40 acres, only a few minutes from Gargnano and from the Gardesana State Road, Villa dominates Lake Garda and its mountains, in a favourable position to be able to reach Brescia, Verona, Mantova and Trento.

 Recently renovated, by the family, enhancing, in particular, the vintage atmosphere which characterizes it, the mansion has eleven finely furnished double rooms which offer a calm and comfortable environment, with a lake or a park view, and services such as telephone, satellite TV, internet connection, mini fridge, and a safe.

The common spaces are organised to guarantee the tranquillity and relaxation typical of a private villa, but with the well-cared service of a Hotel and restaurant of the finest quality: management and staff, in fact, welcome guests in a climate of kindness and great familiarity, to give a truly unforgettable stay. Villa has always been connected to the concept of “holiday and relaxation”.

Engineer Giuseppe  was the author of designs and of the installation of links between the Riviera and Montegargnano, making it possible to reach the various hamlets, even the most hidden ones, in which other two school buildings were built.

About twenty years later, to favour the wood business, a flourishing activity in the hinterland of Lake Garda, the roadways continued in the direction of Valvestino, favouring not only the transportation of materials from the mountain to the lake, but creating even great opportunities of communication between Lake Garda, Lake Idro and the most isolated valleys.

The veranda and the terrace, with its splendid view directly on the Lake, are the most indicated places to taste the excellent house cuisine, caressed by a light breeze that encircles even a spacious Gazebo and a fascinating small port, as do Liberty Hall and Clara Hall; while in a comfortable living room between the first and second floor, a reserved Internet Point is available to guests.

Instead, in the basement, the Body Relax Corner offers a solar shower and a Turkish bath, freely usable upon reservation at the Reception desk. All the rooms of Villa are furnished with style, and characterized by different colours, each one has a name, established by the locality that one can admire from the various windows. Telephone, satellite TV, Internet connection, safe and mini fridge are the services that make it truly comfortable.
