Rates include: Cleaning service twice a week, water, electricity, bed and bath linen (pool towels included), swimming pool (open from May to September except variations), Tv, washing machine, garden, external equipped and fenced areas, tennis court, playground, daily help upon demand at reservation (to be paid extra)

Rates do not include: Horse riding, yacht reservation (45ft, 3 cabins, 2 restrooms, internal living room with tv/dvd lcd, kitchen and external living room) 2000€ per day. If you reserve a yacht we suggest you to go visiting Pontine islands, Capri, Positano Naples gulf etc.

Extra cleaning 10€ per hour

Heating to be paid according to consumption.

Daily help upon demand at reservation (to be paid extra).
