The area offers various leisure opportunities such as tours to Cassino, Scauri seaside, Marina di Minturno, Formia, Gaeta, Sperlonga and the volcanic massif of Roccamonfina. The villa lies in quiet park characterized by many relax areas, lovely fountains and waterfalls. In the garden there is a large equipped porch (provided with barbecue and coal) where you can have nice dinners in the open air. Various gazebos and terraces overlook the marvellous swimming pool (25x10mt) and the lovely pond. In the middle of the pond lies a little isle where we have arranged a peculiar gym. In the garden there are a little playground, a tennis court, a bowling green, a five-a-side football field and a stable with eight horses. We dispose of 3 terraces equipped with tables and chairs where you can have your meals and of a car park.

The major monuments are: Santa Maria Maggiore curch where you can visit the splendid altar with the XVIII century choir on wood. Farneto church, Monte Camino sanctuary that can be reached by foot only, Eterno Padre a Vallevona hermitage (XVI century), Santa Maria di Mortola church and the rests of San Tommaso chapel (XV century).

Suio Thermal baths: Suio waters are famous for their therapeutic properties since Roman civilization. The Romans used them even to attract tourists. Chemical and biological characteristics of these waters are similar and show that they flow from the same stratum.

Suio waters contain: sulphide, bicarbonate, calcium, alkali and land. Their temperature goes from 15 to 64° C. These waters can cure the skin, the breathing and hearing systems. Suio waters are therapeutic thanks to their content of carbon anhydride and sulphur.

Through pulmonary absorption

Through genital-urinary mucous membrane.

In this way there is a local therapeutic action leading to a general one operating on the whole body.
