30% payment upon booking, the rest 30 days before arrival.

The price includes water, light, satellite TV, change of bed linen and cleaning.

The price does not include heating.

Only small pets allowed.

When the keys are handed over you will be requested to pay a caution deposit of € 500,00 which you will get back on departure except in the case of damage to the property.
