Outside, embedded into a natural terrace looking over Valdichiana, lies the swimming pool (7 x 14 x 1,5 m.). It is equipped with beach-umbrellas, deck-chairs, a gazebo right next to the swimming pool where to have breakfasts and dinners, and a large garden with cedars of Lebanon spread all around.

Close to the villa lie vineyards and lands belonging to the country-farm "La Corbellina", owned by the family itself, which produces its own oil and wine, the two typical products that were made so famous in these territory.
