The rate includes

water, gas, electricity, weekly cleaning, bedlinen and towels, use of the washing machine, swimming pool with beach towels of different sizes.

Our clients are requested to make a reasonable water consumption in order to encourage energy conservation.

The rate does not include

Fishing lake few metres distant from the villa Tennis field 4km in Certaldo Tennis and golf courts 20km distant in Castel Fiorentino

Pets are not allowed

When the keys are handed over you will be asked to pay a deposit of 1500 euro
