The resort, built in 1600,after 1870, the property of the Church shifted to the State and was made on sale. They became property of the family between 1875 and 1883 and they are the same nowadays. In the year 2003 the restoration of the building has began and it has finished in 2005.

The restoration has been made by paying attention to the original shape and by caring of the materials: chestnut-wood attics and a roof made of original terracotta tiles.

The resort wants to represent and make living again the ancient traditions of the rustic civilization. In general resorts are inserted in the context of the big agricultural business, on the other hand we are talking about the small rustic property, where the farmer survives thanking of the breeding of few animals, the rearing of vines, olives, fruit trees, vegetables and cereals that are necessary to the family.

Description of the facilities
The structure offers 4 apartments with 20 beds available in total. Each apartment has an independent entrance and is provided with television, linen for the bathroom, bed-linen, table-linen, earthenware and pottery for the kitchen, and a small private safe. Each suite has an independent heater on demand (for extra charge).

Into the silence of the nature, you can listen the birds singing while you are relaxing into the outdoor pool surrounding by peaceful gardens and the amazing countryside and the wood. You can easily discover the pleasure to have a rest in a holiday absorbed by the nature.

Those who are interested in walking open-air will easily run along the ancient via Francigena, by horse, by feet or by bicycle. On the other hand, those who love fishing could go to the Bolsena's Lake ( 4 Km away) where they can make a trip by boat to visit Martana and Bisentina islands.

If you want to make a very relaxing bath in the thermal water, you can go to the “Bagnaccio” ( 10 Km far from Viterbo). Finally, if you want to prepare a very unforgivable dinner you can cook some of the dishes described below.
