The apartment is paid independently of the number of people who occupy them.

The weekly rent for the apartments is effective from Saturday (with the check-in at 4 p.m.) to the next Saturday (with the check out at 10 a.m.).

During low season it is possible to apply the special “week-end rate” (for minimum 3 days).

Included in the price are:

* the electricity
* water
* every week the linen will be changed (sheets and towels)
* final cleaning
* use of the outdoor pool, of the garden, of the wooden gazebos, the woods right around the resort, the barbecue and the oven with firewood.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Euro 150,00 per apartment to be paid upon arrival and reimbursed at the time of departure.
