are flat apartments (with the possibility of dividing the various rooms) perfect for large families or groups of friends; it has a cosy terrace with a view to sunbathe in or to have company.

At first floor, in the mansard there is a master bedroom with its bathroom, and at the ground floor there is a large living room that can be transformed in two bedrooms with total 6 beds, its bathroom and kitchenette.
