The country house can be exploited at its best either by just one numerous family, or, if divided into flats, by several guests with different needs.
In both cases, privacy is guaranteed by the numerous entrances which all rooms are provided with, making them independent from one other.
The Suite (2 people): It stretches on two levels.
Ground floor: living room with kitchen facilities.
First floor: 1 double room with bathroom.
From the wide arcaded windows you will enjoy the marvellous view of Arezzo and the surrounding valley.
The Poiana (4 people): It is composed of two floors linked by a splendid stairs in stone.
Ground floor: living room with kitchen facilities, fireplace and wood-oven, wc, laundry room.
First floor: 2 double rooms with private bathroom.
The Ginepro (2 + 2 people):
Ground floor: living room with kitchen facilities and tv sat.
First floor: 1 double room with private bathroom. On the side of the bedroom there is a little living room with double sofa-bed for two more people.
