In the centre of the residence lies an attractive swimming pool (5,5 x 11,5 m / 120 cm deep, common use). The pool area with panoramic views has been equipped with plenty of dining furniture, deck-chairs, sun umbrellas, outdoor shower/wc. Here you will spend unforgettable hours in peace and tranquillity, maybe tasting a glass of fine wine. In common use there is an utility room with washing machine and water-basin, a pizza oven and a barbecue. There is also a spacious terrace where the owner will serve local Tuscan food, when requested. It is also possible to buy the genuine products of this region. Each holiday home has its own allotted outdoor area with dining furniture. The friendly owners live in the main house, they are pleased to be of assistance without disturbing the privacy of their guests.
