The house has two storeys on three sides and three storeys on the fourth side.
All around there are cultivated fields with wheat and sunflowers, a vineyard, a huge park with a meadow, cypresses, olive and pine trees.
A 6x12 m. swimming pool (depth 1.60 to 2.40 m.), is open from May to September.
Inside, the country house has been appointed by the owners who love furniture in style (1800s until the early 1900s), the floors have red Tuscan tiles.
From the living-room situated on the ground floor there are stairs leading down to a play room, with a ping-pong table and table soccer for children.
Very charming and interesting historic cities and attractions are just a few miles away: Montepulciano, Pienza, San Casciano dei Bagni, Città della Pieve, Orvieto, Chiusi with its famous Etruscan museum.
