The Villa is few kilometers (12) away from the motorway exit Monte San Savino (A1),
18 km away from Arezzo, 8 Km from Cortona, 20 Km from the Trasimeno lake,
in a very ideal and particular position which will allow you to visit both Tuscany
and Umbria.
Moreover, from the Castiglion Fiorentino railway station there are, every two hours
approximately, trains for Rome and Florence (100 Km). 

From the motorway A1 (Florence-Rome) exit Monte san Savino, please follow the
indication for Castiglion Fiorentino.
After 12 Km you ll arrive at the village , do not go into the town center,you ll
need to keep going in Via Umbro Casentinese 103/105 where you ve finished your
journey.
