The estate is situated in a dominating position on the hills of Bracciano Lake on the occidental side of the Sabatino Volcano. The perimeter of the property connects the three Riviera towns of the lake: Bracciano, Anguillara and Trevignano, all rich of archaeological findings and of lakeside resorts.

The geographic position allows you to reach either Rome or Viterbo in only half an hour as well as historical touristic localities like the Etruscan necropolis of Cerveteri and Tarquinia. Woods of oak trees and olive trees are the setting to the property which is surrounded by a 6 ha park, where there is the enchanting swimming pool with panoramic view on the lake and a greenhouse with a collection of antique roses.

Not far from the house there is the only main living unit where the owners and guardians of the estate live. This allows us to offer our guests extra services such as daily cleaning, laundry, fresh organic vegetables and fruit as well as touristic assistance.

For sport lovers, it is possible to play golf at the “Le Querce” golf club in Sutri, play tennis, horse riding, wind surf, canoe and sailing in the nearby sailing club.
