The Farm is in the municipality of Reggello, between the villages of San Donato in Fronzano and Donnini, just 27 km from Florence and close to the most splendid art cities of Tuscany.

At an elevation of 400 metres, behind the slopes of the Pratomagno, it dominates the Arno valley, offering guests scenery of rare beauty.

This splendid countryside is ideal for anyone looking for peace and quiet, for those who wish to rediscover the pace, flavours and smells now lost in the rush of everyday life and restore their energies surrounded by the beauty of unspoilt nature.

The atmosphere on the farm is friendly, simple and homely and days pass blissfully in the company of lots of new friends from all over the world. The children (and not only…) will enjoy swimming in the beautiful swimming pool surrounded by rocks or playing boules and table tennis in the play-park or with the farm animals.

Long walks, horse-riding in the vineyard (there are lots of riding schools in the vicinity), a myriad of paths and small roads, a real paradise for biking and trekking enthusiasts, a visit to the cellar, a stroll in the vegetable garden or orchard to decide what to have for lunch, a good book or simply a stop to admire the charming countryside, the hills and cypresses, medieval towers and the bell-towers of old churches – a real holiday, a real rest.

 And in the fresh evening air, in front of a wonderful barbecue with a glass of good Chianti wine and a delicious piece of “fettunta” made with the sweetest-smelling oil you have ever tasted, an unforgettable day comes to a close.

 Live at the Fattoria all year round. All the different seasons in the countryside have their special attraction.

In the spring: everything comes to life and the countryside is full of colours and perfumes.

In summer: the sound of the cicadas, the ripening grapes the fresh evenings spent enjoying the folklore of the festivities of Tuscan towns.

The autumn: the grape harvest, the new oil, long awaited throughout the year, the mushrooms and the chestnuts.

 Winter: nature rests under the snow, the earth fire burns. And the natural cycle begins again.

 Guests are accommodated in comfortable apartments, sleeping from 2 to 6 people, recently renovated, but which have maintained the atmosphere typical of old Tuscan country houses: stone walls, timber-beam ceiling, the furniture and furnishings are also antique and country style. And all this while trying to safeguard as much as possible the surrounding natural environment: the hot water is produced by solar panels and the various restoration works have been done using paints and building materials produced naturally and biologically.

All the apartments have: private entrance, terrace with table, chairs, deckchair and sun-beds, as well as independent heating in winter.

 In the large kitchen of the main house, all the Farm guests can take part in traditional Tuscan and vegetarian cooking courses; an unforgettable experience and, above all, unforgettable eating!

On request, ceramic making courses and painting on ceramic courses can be organised together with swimming courses for children and Italian language courses for foreign guests. In the Fattoria is possible to have breakfast and dinner with the best typical local dishes and very close to us there are a lot of small and typical restaurants and pizzerias serving traditional Tuscan dishes.
