Typical farm-house in quiet and panoramic position, situated in the middle of Valdichiana valleys, it is characterized by natural surroundings, each of them presenting several varities of landscapes, where one can taste all sounds and flavours of nature.

The farm-house is surrounded by a large green area, which lies in the shade of old oaks, equipped with a barbecue, an oven with firewood and garden furniture. It represents a suitable place to eat outdoor. When it gets too hot, the swimming pool (10x4) which lies in the sun all day long, guarantees some relief.

Right next to the house there is a flying centre for light aircrafts and a renowned horse centre, where on request it is possible to practice these sports.

The farm-house lies just a few kilometres away from Castiglion Fiorentino, a characteristic medieval village whose origins date back to the Etruskan age. Here one can have lovely walks and visit many of the village historical mouments. Moreover, the village enjoyes a very favourable position as a starting point for excursions either to Tuscany (Firenze, Siena) and Umbria (Perugia, Assisi).
