Situated on a panoramic hillock a few kilometres distant from Lake Trasimeno  the farmhouse has been recently restored and tastefully furnished.

It is divided into 4 apartments, each with a private loggia with summer furniture. The building is surrounded by a large garden with swimming-pool  fully equipped with Jacuzzi, outside shower and solarium. 400 m distant there is a small lake for sport fishing .
