The villa is made up of 3 independent apartments (2 of them can communicate from the inside) and can accommodate up to 12 people. During the summer, if you do not want to share the garden, the outdoor space and the swimming-pool with other guests, we advise to rent the whole property.

App. 1 (8 people):

apartment on 2 floors made up of a living-room with fireplace, store room and kitchen on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms and a big bathroom on the first floor.

App. 2 (2 people):

apartment of the ground floor made up of a big living-room with fireplace, bathroom and double bedroom.

App. 3 (2 people):

apartment on the ground floor with independent outdoor space, living-room with kitchenette, bathroom, double bedroom, laundry and ironing room (in common with Il Reale 1).

On request, it is possible to add sofa beds into each of the 3 apartments if needed. The villa has independent heating and sat TV, moreover a great view of Assisi.
