Coming from the North: Take A1 exit at Val di Chiana, then take the expressway direction Lago Trasimeno, exit at Tuoro, follow the street-signs Umbertide to Cima di Tuoro to get from there to Rocca di Pierle at 3 km from Mercatale and Lisciano Niccone.
Coming from the South: Take A1, exit at Orte, take the expressway E/45, exit at Perugia ( do not cross the town) continue in the direction of Firenze (Florence) and exit at Toricella, follow the street-signs Castel Rigone-Liscano Niccone till you reach Trecine.
Follow the direction of LiscianoNiccone-Mercatale. After 3 km in direction of Cortona follow the street signs to Pierle. Expressway E/45. Coming from the North: Exit at Promano continue towards Umbertide, before you reach Umbertide take the direction to Niccone and continue for approximately 18 km towards Lisciano Niccone - Mercatale (SS416). Once you reached Mercatale after 3 km please follow the street signs Pierle, direction Cortona. Coming from the South: Exit at Umbertide, cross the town in direction Lago Trasimeno and continue in the direction of Niccone-Mercatale.
After 3 km in direction of Cortona please follow the indications to Pierle.
