Villa is an old building which has been recently restored and refurnished. It is situated 35 km from Florence, in the region of Vicchio ( homeland of Giotto, Cimabue and Beato Angelico). It is a spacious villa (405 sq mt) that comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

The villa is surrounded by parkland (8000 sq mt) through which flows the river Sieve. On arrival there is a grand stairway entrance to the villa leading into the main hall.

The villa is composed of two large sitting rooms, a dining rooms, a kitchen, two cloakrooms , five double bedrooms and bathrooms en-suite as well as a large covered loggia overlooking views of the splendid Mugello countryside.

Within the park gardens there is a large swimming pool 8 mt x 16 mt.

The Villa is easily reached by the “Autostrada del Sole” taking the exit at Barberino and following the signs to Vicchio for 25 km. The villa is 2 km distant.

Alternately from Florence one can follow the panoramic Chianti Wine Route via Rufina and Pomino, or otherwise travel by train from central station of Florence, Santa Maria Novella, witch takes and hour’s journey to Vicchio.

In the neighbourhood there is the race circuit of Mugello, the golf club of Scarperia. Other activities can be trekking along signed paths, mountain bike riding, canoeing, fishing, horse riding and ping pong.

The villa and park can also be available various functions, ceremonies, conferences, cocktail parties, weddings etc.
