The living-room is connected to a fully equipped and practical kitchen; near the living-room there is a bathroom. On the same floor there are 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 single bedroom, then laundry service and storeroom.

Mezzanine floor; there are 4 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms and two double bedrooms) 3 bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with bathtub).
 
From the dining-room you take the steps to the 1st Floor where you can see a wonderful master bedroom with a sea view and a double bedroom: both bedrooms have a bathroom with shower.

The Villa is very comfortable and well equipped: the kitchen has professional fires, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Linen available for our guests, TV, telephone, barbecue, outside bathroom.
