The Villa is part of a property located among the green hills between Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio, in the heart of an uncontaminated countryside and luxuriant vegetation. A quiet and isolated area facing an artificial lake.

The old farm-house and its annexes have been recently renovated and furnished. Much care has been put in respecting the local traditions and modern comforts. It represents the ideal resort for all those wishing to visit Umbria or simply enjoy a relaxing holiday.

In the annexed building there are two more flats. One of them belongs to the owner and is intended for his private use. The other one is available and particularly useful in case the farm-house alone is not sufficient for all guests.

This flat has a sitting room with kitchen facilities, a double-room, a room with bunk-beds and a bathroom with shower.

The wide park, the common rooms and a family chapel are what make Borgo Sambuco the ideal location for ceremonies, workshops, exc.. It is also possible, previous request, to organize meetings in a room with a capacity of 45/50 persons.

The structure is also equipped with a big industrial kitchen and a bowl field.
