By car:
From Rome take the SS 148 Pontina in the direction of Latina and then the SS 148 Mediana to Terracina in the direction of Naples. Divert at the junction for Sabaudia on the SP Migliara 53 which runs through the forest of the park as far to the town of Sabaudia where the main park’s visitor center is situated.
From Naples take the SS 7 Appia up to Formia/Gatea and then the Via Flacca until Terracina where one can take the SS 148 Mediana (stretch Terracina-Latina of the SS 148 Pontina) diverting at the junction to Sabaudia on the SP Migliara 53 which runs through the forest of the park up to the town of Sabaudia where the main park’s visitor center is situated.
From the North or the South take the A2 highway in the direction of Naples or Rome, exit Frosinone, and then follow the SS 156 Monti Lepini in the direction of Latina until the junction to Priverno. From there taking the SP Marittima  you can reach, following the indications for Sabaudia and crossing the SS 7 Appia, the SP Migliara 53 which, after the crossroads with the SS 148 Mediana 8stretch Latina- Terracina of the SS 148 Pontina) crosses the forest of the park up to the town of Sabaudia where the main park’s visitor center is situated.

By train:
With the Roma-Napoli line via Formia using the trains which stop at the FS station of Priverno-Fossanova, where the bus line CO.TRA.L for Sabaudia leaves.

By bus:
From the station CO.TRA.L. Metro/BUS Eur Fermi in Rome, taking the direct buses or those changing in Latina in the direction of Sabaudia
Note: from the bus station of Sabaudia the pak’s visitor center (about 1 km far) can be reached using the CO.TRA.L. line going ahead to San Felice Circeo or Terracina through Via Carlo Alberto or the urban buses going through the same Via with stop on request at the entrance of the visitor center. 

By ship:
To get to Ponza from where using tourist connections it is possible to visit the Isola di Zannone, an island of the Ponziano archipelago in the territory of the Parco Nazionale del Circeo, you can use the ship lines leaving from the ports of Formia (Caremar), Terracina (Mazzella), Anzio (Caremar) San Felice Circeo (Pontina Navigazione Note:seasonal line)

By plane:
For those arriving by plane at the airports in Rome (Ciampino and Fiumicino) there are the metro connections FS/CO.TRA.L: to get to Roma Termini (Fs) or to EUR Fermi (Metro line B CO.TRA.L.) and then go ahead by train plus bus as mentioned above.
