Turn left and take the SP22 in the direction of Foiano della Chiana. You arrive to Alberoro Monte San Savino. Proceed for 1km untill you reach Borghetto village. Go straight untill you come to MALU BAR (on your left), stop there to ask for information. The Villa is only 200 mt from the bar.
