Going down few steps you reach a bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower and a laundry room equipped with washing-machine, iron and ironing-board. Going up few steps you reach a bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with hydromassage shower and 1 study with 1 single bed.

First floor 1 bedroom with double bed and fire-place, bathroom with WC and wash-basin, Jacuzzi on the back of the room, through the bedroom you reach a terrace with view on the wonderful landscape that surrounds Trasimeno Lake.

Through the living room you reach the Wellness Area with internal heated swimming pool, fountain, sauna, 1 bathroom with WC, 1 shower, access to the external swimming pool.
